When the feature is installed a web browser, Dashlane will try to fill in any text block that matches what it thinks are correct and many times the pages are thus filled in incorrectly. Also, they tout a major feature of never having to sign into websites: that feature is a joke as many websites change their pages without notice and combine sign-ins on a single page requiring a selected dropdown. Also, syncing to mobile from desktop or vice versa isn't assured-sometimes the sync never happens. I requested a simple Alphabetized list or grid, they didn't respond. They offer a search feature but it doesn't work at times not reliable. Also if a user has a lot of passwords there isn't a speedy way to find them.
My point is that a user is forced to have a text file located on the device to copy and paste.
